Welcome to Our Tree House

Our Tree House began as a wild idea that, despite unexpected challenges, finally came to life. We've brought a piece of nature to the bustling city, not just for us but for you too. Relaxation, detox, a return to yourself? It's hard to describe; you have to experience it.

Location

The tree house is situated on a wooded hill above the Vltava River, on private land and that is our home. It's a tranquil oasis among spruces and pines, where the only sounds are the chirping of birds and the joyful barking of dogs. Tucked away in a forested cul-de-sac, yet only 30 minutes by public transport from the historic center of Prague.

Living Space

What can you expect? A charmingly minimalist living space (2.5 x 3m) with everything you need. A generous view from the forest to the valley of the villa quarter. Interior made of spruce wood that adapts to your needs (the table transforms into extra bed and vice versa). Natural design and carefully chosen stylish accessories. Cozy lighting and two electrical outlets to charge your devices. Oil electric heating, ideal for allergy sufferers. A relaxing "chillout" loft with two/three comfortable mattresses and a reading lamp. Ventilation windows with mosquito nets and an outdoor lantern so you don't get lost :)

Glamping Comfort

Just a few steps from the tree house, you'll find a separate cozy space with a modern bathroom (shower, flushing toilet, sink, ladder heating) and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an electric stove, kettle, moka pot, refrigerator, sink, complete tableware, and essentials for simple cooking. In addition to electric lighting, you'll also enjoy natural light through a skylight with a view of the branches of our most beautiful pine tree.

Additional Amenities

Inside the tree house, you'll find a barrel of drinking water, storage space, books, board games, blankets, pillows, and other important details. If there's anything missing, we're happy to provide it. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the well-kept exterior area with a stone fireplace and seating. In good weather, there are also loungers and a large hammock for you to unwind. Upon agreement, we can lend you bicycles to enjoy the favorite Prague cycling route along the Berounka River to Karlštejn. Fans of woven rackets can reserve our private forest tennis court.

If you arrive by car, you can easily park it right in front of the house by the forest, there is always a space at no fee! Or you may arrive by taxi from the airport (30 min). Or the main train station (15 min). We will provide you with more details on request when you book :)

We are on the south-east corner of the city in a traditional residential area, that is unusually green and quiet. While this may be a calm zone, you have an easy access to the historical centre.

Since the centre is not that friendly for parking, we recommend using the public transport as much as you can. It is efficient and very reasonable – you can buy your ticket directly in the tram or subway.
