Set amidst the treetops of an age-old indigenous forest, Tsala treetop lodge is a celebration of the spirit of South Africa. The views are breath-taking, whether from the exotic dining room, intimate glassed-in lounge, or large open decks high above the forest floor. Tsala is a magical place, encircled by lush forests extending across rolling valleys, towards the distant hills.

There are ten treetop suites in total here and all of them offer breath-taking views and forest seclusion, unique architectural design, and excellent personal service. The treetop suites were designed specifically to mesh with the forest canopy and so guests will feel as if they are hidden away in the canopy.

The tree houses are made of natural materials – stone, wood, and glass – and they all have a large bedroom, a sitting room with a fireplace, and a large and spacious bathroom. The deck of the tree houses extends into the forest and each tree house is equipped with its own infinity pool.

The lodge itself is just as luxurious and guests staying at the tree houses will have access to the shops, outdoor deck, fireplaces, wine cellar, spa and pamper treatments, and restaurant.

As Plettenburg is on the garden route, guests will have many activities right on their doorstep. From lounging on nearby beaches, to trail running and hiking, there is an activity for all guests.
