Created by Mr. Sarup Updyahay twelve years ago to allow people to experience the charm and serenity his family gets to enjoy in the middle of the Kallu-Manali Valley, the family-run Manali Tree House Cottages is open all year round. And though its rustic treehouse cottage is way up on the boughs of a tree, it still has modern amenities like hot and cold showers, an LCD television, broadband internet access, and of course, free breakfast!The cozy treehouse alone is perfect for couples since it can cater to a maximum of two people, but for bigger groups who also want to take pleasure in the perks of staying in this amazing place, there are cottages on the grounds that provides a larger array of facilities such as a living area, dining room, and a kitchen.A visit to the Manali Tree House Cottages will truly be worth it. The amazing surroundings are already a bonus and the Updyahay family’s hospitality is a plus. Guests here will definitely be happy and comfortable to their hearts’ content.

How to get there
The Manali Tree House Cottages has the only treehouse in Himachal Pradesh so it is quite renowned and very easy to find. Just go north on the NH21 highway north from the Bhuntar Airport and follow the Village Jong Road once you reach , Kullu.
About the area
The area is surrounded by apple, plum, and walnut groves with the Himachal Himalayas as backdrop. Once there, you can visit many wonderful places like the Rohtang Pass, Hadimba Temple, Vashisth Bath, Manikaran, and many more. Also you can take part in outdoor activities such as paragliding, skiing, rock climbing, river crossing, and rafting. But of course, if you would want to simply chill out and relax, that won't be a problem as well.
